![]() | Mares: The foundation of our farm. Our mares embody the best qualities of the Hanoverian. Carefully selected for comformation, tempermant, and movement, each is gifted and talented in the arts of either dressage or jumping. We specialize in following the German theories of creating the dressage or jumping specialist. Every mare has been inspected and approved by the American Hanoverian Society. Please feel free to inquire about pedigrees and blood lines, we have a catalogue of photographs showcasing our mare's ancestors available at your request. |
| Foals: The rewards of our efforts Our foals are handled daily, imprinted and given the opportunity to develop with plenty of exercise and room to stretch. It has been and will remain our policy that foals do not show until their first year of life is complete. This allows for them to develop as a horse, and socialize in the herd environment. We believe this prepares them for the stressors of a competition life. We breed only to proven, AHS approved stallions. All enjoy either USDF, USEF, and international show or production records. |
![]() | For Sale: Young horses, foals All of our young horses are brought along slowly from the time they are two. It is our policy not to sit on a young horse until they have reached 30 months of age. However, the bitting, quiet lunging, simple free jumping, and exposure starts at 16-18 months. We follow a gentle horsemanship methods that focus on relaxation and quieting the mind. It is our belief that beneficial learning does not happen until the horse is calm and relaxed in his position. From this foundation our young horses develop into willing partners, eager to please, and happy in their line of work. |

All are started slowly and with care. We prepare them walk trot and canter with dressage principles, giving them a strong foundation to continue with a specialist in either hunter/jumper, evnting or dressage. |
